So maybe a crashed satellite biome right near the surface? A 'home' biome? ie: something akin to the surface building/ruins but made into a whole biome? That last one seems a bit much though, could still be an artificial biome of some form like how there's satellite's for your rocket to travel too. What could be represented with the new biome's? A desert/sterile type biome, something to throw uranium in assuming nuclear tech gets added (radioactive biome?) and.hmm. One biome would have made me really happy, three is just insane.

Holy crap that is soooo much more than I expected for the launch content update (mostly expected nuclear tech, an end-game goal and some fleshing out of disease). Just two cents from someone who played this game very very long time. I would like you to focus on removing bugs and making the game more polished, rather than adding even fancier features. However, you should remove all the bugs in the game and make all the ingredients of the game connected and associated much more organically. I do believe it's very close to something resembling a masterpiece. I fully understand that the developer would like to add more diverse features so that players find the game interesting for longer span of time but, with all the bugs and loose ends, I find it difficult to call this game a masterpiece. Some bugs seem to be even intentionally left not debugged (c.f., water airlock). However, even though I know it is still in early access stage, there are so many bugs and loose ends. I played many games for decades and Oxygen Not Included is one of the most revolutionary games, if not THE most revolutionary one, as far as my experience goes. I genuinely, sincerely think it is a great game. We look forward to launching this game with you. Thank you so much for all your bug reports, your feedback and all the wonderful support you have given us during this journey. The game is extremely intricate, with so many moving parts when we first designed it, we weren't sure how many people would be interested in embracing their inner scientist, but 1.5 million players later, we're happy to say the experiment has worked out. After we've officially launched, we will continue to make quality of life improvements and bug fixes, while the bulk of the team will be moving on to building DLC for the game, where we can explore further ideas and expansions to ONI's world.Īll in all, it's been a rather surreal journey for the team.
